I spoke to Lieutenant Hull and he told me that it was in fact removed as of today. The Jail did not receive the Expungment forms from the state so I sent documents over to them last week and it was taken down today. The cops came quickly after that and by no fault of Nicole she went to jail with me. Even after what I did she tried to protect me and keep me from going to jail and did not press charges. I wasn't man enough to keep them from taking an innocent person to jail. i could have pleaded to them not to take her to jail and I didn't and I am completely ashamed of my non-actions. After we got out of jail the next morning she still forgave me and helped make sure that charges were not pressed against me. Nicole even wrote a letter to the D.A in Florida pleading my case. Jennifer is the most caring and wonderful person in this world and does not deserve this injustice.she is engaged in giving back to the community and has been so encouraging to the people in her life. she is a true inspiration.
