To Whom it may concern,

My name is Lee Ruscin and I am requesting that you remove this mugshot and any links associated because I am the reason Jennifer Nicole Camp was arrested and she did absolutely nothing to deserve her reputation to be tarnished. All charges were dropped and Jennifer went through the process of getting the record expunged. I have all associated documentation to prove that it has been expunged. It breaks my heart to have her name and face posted on this web site and others over something that she did not do and this is the true account of what happened that evening.

I was drinking and started an argument over nothing and it continued on until we got back to our hotel room. Nicole did nothing to provoke me and I through her to the ground, grabbed her neck with my bare hands, slammed her head repeatedly against the bed frame and choked her until she passed out and turned blue. The entire time she begged me to stop. The complete terror that she must have felt when I was doing that must have been frightening. The cops came quickly after that and by no fault of Nicole she went to jail with me. Even after what I did she tried to protect me and keep me from going to jail and did not press charges. I wasn’t man enough to keep them from taking an innocent person to jail. i could have pleaded to them not to take her to jail and I didn’t and I am completely ashamed of my non-actions. After we got out of jail the next morning she still forgave me and helped make sure that charges were not pressed against me. Nicole even wrote a letter to the D.A in Florida pleading my case.

Jennifer is the most caring and wonderful person in this world and does not deserve this injustice.she is engaged in giving back to the community and has been so encouraging to the people in her life. she is a true inspiration. I am asking you please to remove this from your website because it is the morale and ethical thing to do. I know you are a person that has compassion and will do the right thing.

Ms. Day rents the property she now lives in from me. Day is a snake as I have had to hire an attorney to get her out of the property. At one time she boasted, “don’t fuck with me”. This woman did not pay rent for over 6 months, accused a room mate of harming her (never any record of that happening). Ms. Day is a lair, a phony and uses people. Be very careful if she want’s to rent from you. She has a boy friend, dont know his character, but being involved with Day, I am grateful I have a CHP. BR

I do know the meaning of NOLO PROSS And according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement this website https://www2.fdle.state.fl.us/cchinet/Dispexpl.aspx Criminal History Case Depositions Terminology states this
Nolle Prosequi:

A formal entry upon the record of the court, indicating that the prosecutor declares that he or she will proceed no further in the action.

(recommended statistical terminology) – The terminating of adjudication of a criminal charge by the prosecutor’s decision not to pursue the case, in some jurisdictions requiring the approval of the court.

This was my own mothers house My home!!!! ! I have the proof and is why this charge was dropped. The Walton County Sherrif’s Office made a BIG MISTAKE! I am not done with my wrath on this county yet.

I thank you for the information, I called the lady named Krista @ NWFLDN I spoke with earlier and was given the email to send proof to have the mugshot removed. I did not ask to have the particular record removed you are correct, I asked about it above and was told your site dose not remove records. The Sun will be removing the record as they have the court findings on the case.

I have contacted every agency in Walton County and you have no affiliation with them. I also have contacted the Northwest Florida Daily News and they have tried to reach you to address complaints such as mine, because you do not remove records and they are very interested in perusing you. I have done a trace on your site and have all the information I need and have filed complaints with several agency’s to include the Attorney General’s Office and Department of Consumer Affairs. I also must add yes there is a right to public information but it is also deformation of character to not allow a person to remove such records. I guess you will wait for a judge to decide that?

Yes i would like to say that Brad never touched me
In the 5 years we were together. I was drunk that night
that this all took place. He told me that he didn’t want
to see me and I lost control. I threw shoes and remote control
at him. I then lied to the police and told them that
he pushed me down. They were going to let him go but
the police officer came back and lied to me and said
Brad was going to press charges and if I didn’t
I would go to jail so i did. I called the DA the next day and
dropped all charges and they were dropped and there was no jail time. I would also like to say
I’m very sorry for all I have put Brad through and that he
Is a sweet loving person who never deserved to be put through
something like this . I’M VERY SORRY
